Office Leadership
The leadership of the Office of Chaplains serves to support chaplains and chaplain candidates through guidance, oversight, and the strengthening of this specialized ministry within the life of the Church.

Very Rev. Jeff Wolfe, OSFoc serves as Vicar General for the Office of Chaplains. He is an ordained Catholic priest and a Franciscan friar in the Old Catholic Church.
He is publicly identified with the Diocese of the Epiphany and serves the office through leadership directed toward chaplaincy ministry, pastoral formation, and the support of clergy called to this work.
The Work of Leadership
Leadership within the Office of Chaplains exists to foster sound chaplaincy practice, encourage vocational discernment, and help maintain the Church’s pastoral presence in specialized environments.
This includes support for clergy and candidates, guidance regarding ecclesiastical endorsement, and the steady oversight needed for a ministry that often serves in settings marked by crisis, vulnerability, and great human need.
The office’s leadership serves not for status, but for the strengthening of chaplaincy as a faithful work of pastoral care in the wider mission of the Church.
